If you need to make a claim on your Furniture Replacement Plan or Mattress Plan that you purchased in addition to your furniture, please contact Protection 1st or SleepGuard directly.
Protection 1st Furniture Replacement Plan
Report any covered concerns by calling 1-800-995-2229 or sending an email with claim details to firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty (30) days of first noticing the problem. Please have your receipt and plan number available.
SleepGuard Mattress Pads
Report any covered concern by calling 1-800-545-7125 or visit www.mattressprotection.com within five (5) days. Please have your receipt and plan number available. You can also use this number to request your additional Mattress Protector if yours has become stained or otherwise damaged. You can register your protector at http://www.gmwarrantyservices.com.

Should you require warranty service on your furniture, please use our form below to enter your service request online. Please allow 1 - 3 days for a reply email or call from our Customer Service Department. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
