We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Local deliveries are $89.95. Deliveries outside of our local delivery area will be assessed a fee based upon the distance between our Albany Warehouse and the delivery address. Items sold at clearance prices incur an additional fee. The delivery of a new mattress includes the removal of an old mattress. Our delivery service includes the set-up and assembly of your new furniture.

We use a computer based program to determine the most fuel efficient route for our trucks so we cannot grant specific time frame requests. Your order needs to be paid in full, or financed, before a delivery can be scheduled. Our drivers do not collect COD balances on delivery.

Once your furniture order is scheduled for delivery, it is inspected by our prep team. The prep team will assemble your furniture and check it for any obvious signs of damage. Our delivery crew will then blanket wrap your items and securely load them into their truck. Since we prep your furniture before your delivery, we need at least 48 hours prior notification if you need to cancel a delivery. Once the truck has been loaded and a route has been determined, your delivery crew will call you the morning of the delivery, usually before 9:00 a.m., and give you a two hour time frame for delivery. All of our delivery crews carry cell phones if you would like an additional call before they reach your location. Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign and receive the delivery. There may be events beyond our control that may cause your delivery crew to be delayed. If a delay occurs, we will make every attempt to notify you of the delay as soon as possible.

When your delivery team reaches your home, please have the space ready for your new furniture. Every possible attempt will be made to safely deliver your furniture. Your delivery crew will not jeopardize their safety or the furniture they are delivering. During the winter months, your driveway and sidewalks must be free of ice and snow for safety.

If you become aware of any problem after the delivery crew has left your home, please call our Service Department at (518)-446-9670. Our Service Department will work with you to schedule a visit from one of our service technicians to assess and remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

Customer Pick-up

Pick-ups at our Albany Warehouse can be done any time the pick-up area is open. Pick-ups at our Schenectady Warehouse must generally be scheduled in advance. Our Troy location does not have pick-up facilities.Please come with a vehicle that can safely transport your furniture. Also, please bring rope, straps, padding or any other material needed to secure your furniture purchase. Our warehouse personnel will assist you loading your vehicle, but it will be your responsibility to secure the merchandise.

Please bring your sales receipt and a form of identification with you for pick-ups.
