Our success as a local, family-owned and operated business was built on having a large variety of in-stock furniture and mattresses at the best prices from Saratoga to Singapore. However, the Coronavirus pandemic has impacted our ability to deliver quicker that we (and you!) would like us too.

Furniture factories both domestic and foreign were closed for 6-8 weeks or more; therefore, our normal amount of stock inventory was impossible to maintain. In addition, since reopening, furniture factories have been faced with both staff and raw material shortages. Our sales and purchasing teams are working diligently every day to track your special order purchases and backordered items. Sometimes originally quoted dates slip due to things out of our control. This is not an excuse, but rather the reality of the unprecedented times that we as an industry are working within for the first time.

Warrantied Services & Repairs

Please contact our Customer Care Center for any available assistance on warrantied manufacturing services, protection plan information, Old Brick Furniture and Mattress Company repair services, and store policies. Please have your purchase invoice ready.
 



If you need to make a claim on your Furniture Replacement Plan or Mattress Plan that you purchased in addition to your furniture, please contact Protection 1st or Bed Gear directly.

Protection 1st Furniture Replacement Plan
Report any covered concerns by calling 1-800-995-2229 or sending an email with claim details to service@furniturefirst.com within thirty (30) days of first noticing the problem. Please have your receipt and plan number available.

Bed Gear Mattress Pads
Report any covered concern by calling 1-800-545-7125 or visit www.mattressprotection.com within five (5) days. Please have your receipt and plan number available. You can also use this number to request your additional Mattress Protector if yours has become stained or otherwise damaged. You can register your protector at GM Warranties Services Website.
