Return + Cancellation Policy

We want to be sure that whatever furniture you place in your home is perfect and that you are completely satisfied.

Canceled orders will receive a 30% restocking fee ($35 minimum) and the remainder is a store credit good at any of our locations. A $179.99 pick-up/delivery of your reselection will apply. Only store credits will be given on all returned or cancelled items. All floor models are sold 'as shown/as is' unless otherwise noted on your invoice. There are no returns on floor models. Removal of the law label from your mattress, as well as any stains on your mattress will void your warranty. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Direct ship / drop shipped items are excluded. Please contact us for more information on the direct ship return policy and details about our mattress return policy.

Custom Special Orders including custom/design-your-own sectionals and Amish-made and/or design-your-own wood products are subject to a 30% restocking fee with the remaining being store credit. Due to the custom nature of special orders/design-your-own furniture, no refunds or cancellations are available.

Multiple deliveries or special delivery requirements (ex. going over a balcony) will result in additional delivery charges. Customer is responsible to measure doorways, room dimensions, etc,. as merchandise that does not fit into your home is subject to the restocking fee and the remainder in a store credit, there are no refunds. Please have your rooms cleared and ready for delivery the day of your delivery as our teams cannot move your old furniture. All orders are to be paid in full before delivery is scheduled.

OUTLET/CLEARANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Items sold as clearance/outlet are not returnable. No service or exchanges. All sales final and must be paid-in-full with delivery/pick-up scheduled at time of purchase. Money is non-refundable. No furniture discounts will be applied. Curbside delivery excluded from outlet/clearance merchandise.
