Returns + Cancellations
At Old Brick, our goal is simple: we want you to love the furniture you bring into your home. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—while keeping our policies clear and fair.
Order Cancellations & Returns
- Restocking Fee: Canceled or returned orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee ($35 minimum).
- Store Credit: The remaining balance will be issued as a store credit, valid at any of our locations. Store credits must be used within 30 days from the return date.
- Reselection Delivery/Pickup: A $179.99 fee applies for delivery of your reselection. Pick-up is free of charge.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Direct Ship Items: Items shipped directly from the manufacturer follow separate return guidelines. Please contact us for details.
- Mattresses: Removal of the law tag or any stains will void the warranty. Please reach out for specific details about our mattress return policy.
Custom + Special Orders
Custom furniture is made just for you. Because of this:
- Custom or design-your-own pieces (including Amish-made wood products and sectionals) cannot be refunded or canceled once ordered.
- Returns on custom orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee, with the remainder issued as store credit.
Floor Models + Clearance
- Floor Models: All floor models are sold “as is/as shown” unless otherwise noted on your invoice. No returns accepted.
- Outlet/Clearance Items: All sales are final. No returns, service, or exchanges. Items must be paid in full at time of purchase, with delivery or pick-up scheduled then as well.
Delivery + Home Preparation
- Fit Matters: Please measure doorways, stairways, and room dimensions before ordering. Merchandise that does not fit is subject to the 30% restocking fee, with the remainder issued as store credit.
- Delivery Day: Rooms must be cleared and ready before your delivery. Our delivery teams cannot move or remove your existing furniture.
- Special Deliveries: Additional charges apply for unique delivery needs (such as lifting items over a balcony or out-of-range deliveries).
- Payment: All orders must be paid in full before delivery is scheduled.
