ENTRY PERIOD: The Old Brick “Feel the Breeze'' promotion begins on Tuesday, July 16th 2024 and ends on Monday, August 5th 2024.
Eligibility: The promotion is open to legal residents of the states of New York, Vermont and Massachusetts, who are age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void outside these geographic areas and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Old Brick Furniture + Mattress Co. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) of, an/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.
Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only the first and complete Entry received from a particular entrant will be eligible; subsequent attempts by the same person to enter, including entries with an alternate email address will be disqualified. All methods of Entry have an equal chance of winning. Photocopies, illegible or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries. All Entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds: There is One (1) Grand Prize available to be won. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a (7) day Cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line for two (2) guests departing from NYC or Boston. The cruise is non-transferable and includes a balcony stateroom for two. Blackout dates and restrictions apply. The ARV of the Grand Prize is approximately $4999. There is (1) $500 gift card prize (First Grand Prize) available to be won.
Prize Conditions: Grand Prize Winner and First Grand Prize are collectively referred to herein as “Winners” or “Winner.” Prizes are not redeemable for cash, assignage, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a price of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any other incidental expenses on a price is not specified herein are the Winner’s sole responsible.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning a prize. Winners will be required to furnish their Social Security number for the sole purpose of preparation of tax forms required by law. Unless otherwise indicated, all travel related expenses, including but not limited to, ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort, cruise or property fees, luggage fees, food and beverage and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of Winners and/or their guests.
Sponsor shall have no liability for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from or arising out of any travel related to a prize or any other aspect of winner’s acceptance or use of a prize.
Random Drawing: The potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 6th 2024.
