Old Brick Rewards is a free customer loyalty program designed to thank you for shopping with Old Brick Furniture. When you make qualifying purchases, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for Brick Bucks—gift certificates you can use toward future merchandise. By participating in Old Brick Rewards, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Enrollment in Old Brick Rewards is automatic. There is no separate sign-up process or fee to join. Points are tracked using your customer account, and only the individual(s) listed on the account may redeem rewards. Points and Brick Bucks are non-transferable between customer profiles and may not be exchanged for cash.
Customers earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying merchandise. Points are not earned on purchases related to protection plans, delivery charges, sales tax, non-merchandise items (such as parts or service), design studio services, fees (including assembly and restocking), or on any purchase made under tax-exempt status. Points begin accumulating only after the order has been delivered and closed in our system. All points expire 12 months after the date they are earned.
Once a customer earns 1,000 points, they are eligible to redeem those points for Brick Bucks. Each 1,000 points earned equals $50 in Brick Bucks. Brick Bucks may currently only be redeemed in-store, and there is no limit to the number of points or rewards a customer can earn or use. Brick Bucks may only be applied toward the purchase of qualifying merchandise and cannot be used for service orders, sales tax, protection plans, miscellaneous fees, installation or delivery charges, or non-inventory products. The total value of Brick Bucks applied to any single purchase may not exceed 50% of the merchandise total. Any remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
If a purchase is returned, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from the customer’s balance. If Brick Bucks were used on a returned item, the equivalent value will be returned to the customer’s Brick Bucks balance, less any applicable fees such as restocking charges.
Old Brick Furniture reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Old Brick Rewards program at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes changes to how points are earned, what they can be redeemed for, expiration timelines, or eligibility criteria. Reward points and Brick Bucks hold no cash value and are only valid within the guidelines of the Old Brick Rewards program. Participation in the program implies acceptance of these terms and any updates we may make.
