A Note From The Design Team

Class. Sophistication. These two adjectives were guiding principles for the interior design of the 2021 McPadden Builders Showcase home. The Design Team felt they “wanted this home to appeal to empty nesters and families alike because this floorplan has the versatility to appeal to either.” The design aesthetic was influenced by impeccable molding treatments, coffered ceiling, and the gourmet chef’s kitchen. These traditional touches laid the foundation for the rich warm tones and textures used throughout the home.

Upon entering the home, any thoroughbred enthusiast will appreciate the large horse portrait paired with a concrete top desk in the study. The console table and stools behind the high-back sofa serves as a multifunctional space for a large family or entertainer alike to have extra seating and serving space for guests.

After a long evening of entertaining the master bedroom is the perfect place to rest and recharge. Master furnishings showcase the natural grain and characteristics of an oak, handcrafted Amish-made bedrooms. We can’t forget the detail and subtle sparkle of the gold corner tips and hardware which tie into the lighting fixtures.
