Showcase Of Homes 2026

A TALE OF TWO HOMES

Step inside for a closer look at the luxurious interiors, thoughtful details, and inspired styling behind two of this year’s Saratoga Showcase homes.

Celebrating its 30th year, the Saratoga Showcase of Homes brings together the region’s builders, designers, and craftspeople for a celebration of great design, creative craftsmanship, and modern innovation. Old Brick is proud to return for our 14th year as a trusted home furnishings and staging partner, helping transform newly built houses into spaces that feel complete, inviting, and ready to inspire.

This year, our Design Studio took on two distinctly different homes, each with its own character and design story. Explore both below, then scroll through our Showcase Through the Years for a look back at some of the memorable spaces we’ve helped bring to life.
