Here’s a step-by-step guide on the bedMatch™ process.  

 

  1. Start by answering some quick questions 

Questions such as ‘Do you sleep on your back, side or stomach?” and “Do you have any pain?/Where is the pain? Neck? Back? Knees?” will help the bedMatch™ system take into account what your body needs & create a statistical chart for you. 

 

  1. Now it’s time to lay on the computerized test bed for approximately five minutes. 

While laying on the test bed, you will be encouraged to watch and follow along on the monitor above you. During this, the test bed will locate where your body needs extra support. Once complete, you will be given a personalized printout with a color-coded recommendation on which mattresses are best for you. 

 

  1. With your recommendation list, you can now begin trying mattresses. 

The mattresses will have a colored dot (blue, green, yellow & red) that aligns with different levels of firmness.
